Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate enlisted Modus to help revamp their digital presence, to position themselves as the leader in real estate franchises. By harnessing the power, friendliness, and welcoming nature of the Better Homes & Gardens brand, I designed an entirely new web experience, showing potential franchisees how partnering with BHGRE can take them to the next level of real estate.
Modus also completely revamped and recategorized BHGRE's Media Center presence. I designed the visual language and layout for these pages to help create an invaluable resource for journalists to easily find material, as well as for anyone to dive into research and insights from a leader in real estate.
