A complete site redesign, mobile and web, for Florida's statewide utility site. The previous site was deemed difficult to navigate, and users could not complete simple actions, such as paying their bills. In addition, FPL wanted to significantly reduce call volume to their help centers and allow customers to access the majority of their questions through the site.

The Fjord team completely overhauled the entire site, making it substantially easier for customers to navigate throughout the site and troubleshoot power issues. I was responsible for creating site-wide templates for content pages, including landing pages, search results, FAQs, articles and forms.

Template creation involved consolidating vast amounts of content and imagery and aligning them with the new FPL brand standards, and keeping these styles consistent as other designers were working on new pages along the same track as myself. Each template had a three-day turnaround from brainstorming to high-fidelity mockup; speed and attention to detail were crucial on this project.
